PRIVACY POLICY
At SafariStuff we are dedicated to ensuring your privacy. At no time will we ever sell or exchange names, e-mail addresses, or any other information about our on-line customers. The personally identifiable information we collect is securely stored within our database and we use standard, industry-wide procedures such a 128 bit encryption and SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your information.

RETURN POLICY:
Because of the unique nature of our items which feature one of a kind pictures and words, SafariStuff is not able to offer a return policy after your final approval of that item. Only in the event that we have made a mistake in the image or words and it is our fault can the item be returned.

Otherwise, if you are unhappy with your purchase of one of our standard items, before use, for any reason, please contact us for approval of your return. If given authorization, the item must be returned within 14 days of deliery for a full refund. Please note that we cannot return the shipping charges to you unless the return is a result of our error. The item(s) to be returned must be unused, be in the same condition as when sent and in the original packaging materials. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to SafariStuff freight prepaid. No freight-collect returns will be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
With the exception of customized items as mentioned in our return policy, any standard item can be cancelled if SafariStuff is notified before the order has been shipped, via e-mail: info@safaristuff.com or by telephone 509-630-2418.
